Gender concerns society's understanding of what is considered feminine/masculine based on biological sex.

This means that gender is not related to natural characteristics, but a consequence of ideas or perceptions that people have about certain subjects and actions.

Gender role is the behavior socially associated with men and women and therefore expected of them, due to stereotypes of what would be considered masculine/feminine.

How important is the inclusion of diversity?

Inclusion promotes well-being because in this way we reduce people's social vulnerability.

It is a proactive approach that seeks to recognize and value different skills, perspectives, experience and culture in society.
